Dr. Matthew F. Wilson

Matthew F. Wilson focuses on translating research on flourishing and virtue into practical tools for leaders and organizations. He has worked with leadership teams across sectors to design cultures that foster ownership, initiative, and long-term human flourishing—and is now focused on developing AI-enabled platforms that make this work scalable.
Matthew served as Associate Director at Harvard University's Human Flourishing Program and founded the Intellectual Virtues Program at John Brown University, a John Templeton Foundation-supported initiative. He is the author of Ownership Unlocked: 4 Principles to Build Self-Driven Teams.
